This was one amazing skater. A former US National Jr Champion, Wagenhoffer was known as one of skating's most creative and unique individuals on ice. He could do things that (to this day) no one else could even try. Especially his famous "side flip" which, to the best of my knowledge is done only by Nicholas Chan whom Robert taught during his time performing in my show at Cityplaza. Robert is gone now, but what a great skater I will never forget. Robert died several years back.
