This photo taken in Jan 1997 when Gov Chris Patten and UK Foreign Secretary Rifkind came to the ice rink. They used my office for some kind of meeting before holding a press conference on the ground floor of Cityplaza. Gov Patten was the last British Governor to Hong Kong.
